Au Gratin Hash Brown Casserole

Standard

Ingredients:
1 ½ lb. frozen hash browns
½ pt. milk
1 stick butter/margarine
½ lb. velveeta, cubed
4 oz. sharp cheddar, grated

Preparation:
Melt together all but potatoes in a skillet on the stove. Add potatoes and mix well. Place in a glass baking dish (7×11 or 9×9) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
