Peach Margaritas

Standard

Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounces tequila
2 ounce peach schnapps
2 ounces prepared prepared sweet-and-sour mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup peach or mango mixer syrup
1 cup ice

Preparation:
Pour all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Serve in glasses rimmed with sugar and garnish as desired.

Cranberry Margaritas

Standard

Ingredients:
2/3 cup cranberry juice
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup fresh frozen cranberries, rinsed
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup tequila
1/4 cup Triple Sec
ice

Preparation:
Pour all ingredients except ice in a blender. Fill to the top with ice. Blend. Serve in glasses rimmed with sugar and garnished with a lime wedge.

Fresh Lemonade

Standard

Ingredients:
3 lemons, juiced
1 C sugar
2 quarts water

Preparation:
Combine lemon juice, sugar, and water in a 2 quart pitcher. Stir until well combined and sugar is dissolved. Serve over ice.

For a fruity twist, add some of your favorite flavor drink mix (the fruit puree/syrup kind meant for alcoholic beverages – strawberry daiquiri, peach, mango, etc.) to each glass before pouring lemonade. Stir to combine.

Sweet Tea

Standard

Ingredients:
4 C water
2 tea bags
1/3 C sugar
4 C cold water

Preparation:
Boil 4 C water. Add tea bags and remove from heat. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Pour into 2 quart pitcher. Add remaining cold water to pitcher and stir. Refrigerate until cool and ready to serve. Serve with fresh lemon.
